Company History & Founding Journey
ECAC Group of Companies has a rich legacy, initially established as the UAE arm of the esteemed ATAI Group, laying deep roots in the Middle East's HVAC industry. This foundation provided us with invaluable experience and a robust operational framework. We started out as Environmental Systems Manufacturing in 2002, changing to ATAI FZC in 2016.
In a pivotal moment in late 2023, our senior management team completed a strategic acquisition of the regional operations. This transition transformed ECAC into a fully independent group of companies, poised for a new era of growth and innovation. We are now proudly headquartered at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Al Hamra, Ras Al-Khaimah, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
